Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Please note: we will always endeavour to deliver within the timeframe however please bear with us as there can be slight delays with couriers due to COVID-19.

Our products will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days of ordering.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout in the delivery section and before you complete your order.

DELIVERY TEMPERATURE

We recommend it is best served chilled, however our products are delivered ambient and can be stored ambient. 

We authentically brew our kombucha, so the sugar has an important job to do in the fermentation process.  During this process the sugar is consumed and therefore only a trace is left.  By the time our kombucha is canned there is virtually none left so it is safe to store ambient as there is no risk of re-fermentation.

RETURNS

You can return any item to us for a refund as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of your goods and you must have notified us of the reason for the return by contacting us at hello@no1living.com.  Once the case is opened we are unable to offer a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty.

You will need to send the return items by recorded mail or by a secure courier service.  You will be responsible for these charges.

If your parcel is damaged then you must contact us at hello@no1living.com within 2 working days of receiving your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Once you have received your order confirmation, it has been processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
